THANK YOU to the 100′s who showed art &/or performed with us, & the exponentially more who took our self guided walking tour of ~ 100 locations, & attended our 3 nights of 6 PM- 4 AM parties over this last weekend! There was so much energy, good fellowship, & creative foment amongst you. It was a wild ride to effectively execute many components of the festival, while we still are finishing our new arts Magazine, “At the Edge“. Available mid July, free, full color 128 pages, help distributing to salient arts, cultural & critical venues welcome, write back here. Soon you will all be invited to our Magazine launch party in the stunning new facility of Townhouse Gallery in Brooklyn, late July. Tell us too if you would like to be involved in coordinating this event.
For now: feel free to attend our final, informal official general meeting for our Hell’s Kitchen & friends organization! Like all else, no charge. A Sunday 7-3 picnic in Central Park, your Odd Leader will bring oodles of food, & while potluck & home made dishes/spirit/noodles Italian & Asian/ice cream is welcome, this is wholly optional! We will just recap que pasa at the events, suggestions most welcome, discuss plans to incorporate separately also the Semi-annual magazine-& have great fun, networking, or just bond with others passionate about art, our ‘hood, &/or collaborating on a great cultural benefit expanding the appreciation of the arts & spiritual values in NYC!
So many have given something, a few a great deal of your time & efforts. This is also another way to show our/my gratitude. Now artists have many virtues, for some temporal & related exactitude is not amongst them.
. But the area can be confusing & we will alight where there is space, so strongly advised is to look around & talk to/ask strangers if you do not see us! We will be in Sheep’s Meadow, somewhere on its West Side, look for colorful blankets. This field is on the WEST side of the park, right off a main road, enter around 66th Street OR walk up the road north from 59th Street/Columbus Circle. Or come down from North or from the center of park, but seek Sheep’s Meadow, & ASK if a given group or if early, jus’ a couple of us on bright cloths are from HK: ArtiST Festival. We may disperse or go here later, sometime after 4 PM: just behind us on Summerstage is a big free concert starting at 3 PM. Haitian Voodoo Rock band RAM, African & Spanish influenced Group Douleh, Congolese & Belgian singer Baloji, & great “Globesonic” DJ’s.
Newbies, serious art impresarios, latter day hippies, serious folks on holi-daaaze, all welcome!

Extremely engrossing and well Thank you
