What am I trying to do with art? I am trying honestly to convey the peacefulness of light. Aaron M. Corbitt was born in Merrit Island, Fl, December 28th, 1984. Aaron has pursued art in one form or another since the age of five. Inspired by an art history class in high school, Aaron studied the old masters and began to practice in oils. Largely self taught, Aaron has followed such artists as J W Waterhouse, Lawrence Alma Tadema, A William Bouguereau, J S Sargent, and countless others. Aaron has sold numerous paintings since grade school, including families, public figures, both historical and living, landscapes, reproductions, murals and original pieces.
